UltraTech Cement delivered a landmark Q4 FY26 with net profit reaching ₹3,000 crore and full-year profit exceeding ₹8,000 crore, both record highs.

The company achieved a historic milestone by becoming the first globally outside China to cross 200 million tons cement production capacity in a single country, one year ahead of schedule. Consolidated sales volumes surged to 44 million tons with UltraTech brand volumes growing 19% year-on-year against industry growth of just 6-7%, demonstrating significant market share gains. Management completed 100% brand migration for India Cements and Kesoram ahead of schedule, with India Cements EBITDA improving sequentially to ₹497 per ton.

The Board declared a record dividend of ₹240 per share, three times the previous year, reflecting confidence in earnings quality. Looking ahead, UltraTech plans phased capacity expansion to 242.5+ million tons by FY28, targeting double-digit volume growth in FY27 versus industry expectation of 6.5-7%. Annual capex commitment of ₹8,000-10,000 crore through FY31 will be funded entirely from internal accruals while maintaining net debt-EBITDA below 1x.
