SG Finserve reported Q2 FY27 profit after tax of ₹59 crore, an all-time quarterly high, and H1 profit before tax of ₹150 crore, double the year before.

The loan book reached a record ₹5,700 crore from ₹4,500 crore at the end of Q1, and the company disbursed more than ₹16,000 crore in H1, up 46% year-on-year. Nil NPA, return on assets above 4.5% and cost-to-income below 15% were maintained, asset-to-equity leverage rose from 2.8x to 3.7x, and CRISIL upgraded the rating to AA-. Supply chain finance is about 70% of AUM, factoring is 15% of the book after a March licence, and digital lending reached about 10,000 loans but only ₹121 crore.

Management raised its debt-to-equity ceiling from 3x to 4x, kept its 30% to 35% AUM growth and 35% to 40% profit growth guidance, and expects AUM near ₹7,000 crore by year end. It is building an AIF, a GIFT City subsidiary and an AI technology stake, and says the RBI draft on revolving credit needs only minor changes.
