EBITDA stood at ₹3,042 crores while normalized profit after tax increased 21% year-on-year to ₹1,061 crores, demonstrating strong operational performance. The company's diversification strategy is bearing fruit, with consumer electronics and aerospace businesses collectively growing 41% year-on-year, while consumer electronics alone recorded exceptional 75% quarter-on-quarter growth with meaningful margin improvement.
The company is expanding aggressively with 12 greenfield plants under development across emerging markets, majority expected operational by H2 FY27, with capex on track at ₹4,200 crores for nine months. Management maintained a highly confident outlook, with the Chairman explicitly guiding that Q4 FY26 will exceed Q3's record performance driven by copper price scenarios and customer payments. The balance sheet remains robust with net leverage at 1.1x, and global passenger vehicle production outlook for FY27 projects growth to approximately 93 million units from 91 million units in FY26.
