Exports were 31% of revenue, textile specialty grew 26%, net debt fell to ₹221 crore and working capital improved to 86 days. The Board approved leasing land in Saudi Arabia through a wholly owned subsidiary, though no cost or timeline was given.
Management guided to an EBITDA margin near 12% and mid- to high-teen revenue growth for FY27, said ethylene oxide supply from Reliance is the volume constraint until its expansion in Q1 next year, and would not forecast H2 because of Middle East shipping risks.
