Prudent Corporate Advisory Services' Q2 FY27 call, held on 29 October 2026, reported quarterly average AUM of ₹1.43 lakh crore, up 8% on the quarter and 21% on the year, and record quarterly net sales of ₹4,137 crore.

Equity AUM rose 16.2% to ₹1.37 lakh crore, while the Nifty 50 fell 8.1%, and the monthly SIP book reached ₹1,272 crore. Operating profit grew 15.4% on the quarter with operating margin up 80 basis points to 26.4%, but profit after tax fell 4.1% to ₹71.7 crore because other income dropped from ₹20.8 crore to ₹3.8 crore on bond mark-to-market losses. Insurance revenue rose 35% and PMS average AUM rose 37%. Management said a draft insurance distribution paper would cut health renewal commission for corporate distributors to 5% from the 10% paid to individual agents; insurance is about 12% of profit, and management expects a workable middle path.

It is applying for a mutual fund PMS licence ahead of an April 2027 start and awaits bond distribution rules. A sharp October market fall leaves current AUM near the first-half average.
