MphasiS delivered strong Q1 FY27 results with revenue of $471 million, growing 8.3% year-on-year and 2.1% sequentially in constant currency terms.

Direct revenues reached $465 million, up 9.9% year-on-year, reflecting robust momentum in AI-led offerings. The company reported its fifth consecutive quarter of net new total contract value above $400 million at $461 million, establishing a new baseline for deal closures. Management highlighted that the total pipeline reached an all-time high, growing 28% year-on-year to 2.8 times its original size, with AI-led deals now comprising 70% of pipeline compared to just 12% earlier.

The recently launched Mphasis Tria platform is validating faster than anticipated, closing multiple deals within seven weeks of launch. Management guided for Q2 to deliver the best sequential constant currency growth in three years, signaling strong revenue acceleration. Full-year FY27 guidance remains high single-digit to low double-digit revenue growth with EBIT margins maintained at 14.75%-15.75%. AI-led deals represented 63% of Q1 total contract value wins, demonstrating the strategic shift toward enterprise AI deployment and governance solutions.
