Lodha Developers delivered its strongest quarter ever with presales of ₹58.9 billion in Q4, up 23% year-on-year, capping a record FY26 with annual presales of ₹205 billion.

The company achieved a historic milestone with profit after tax reaching ₹34.3 billion at a 20% margin, representing six-fold growth since FY21. Financial discipline remained strong as net debt to equity improved to 0.23x from 3.5x at IPO, positioning the company on a path to debt-free status. Management set ambitious targets including ₹240 billion presales for FY27 and a medium-term goal of ₹85 billion PAT by FY31, reflecting 20% CAGR growth.

Business development exceeded expectations with ₹600 billion GDV in new projects added, providing multi-year visibility through ₹2 trillion available inventory. The company unveiled transformational data center plans in Palava with 1 GW capacity and expected ₹120 billion land sale proceeds from FY27. Despite near-term Middle East geopolitical concerns causing select luxury segment deferrals, management expressed high confidence in sustainable profitability compounding with embedded EBITDA margins of 32-34%.
