View full dashboardLodha Developers delivered its best-ever quarter across all metrics in Q1 FY27, with revenue reaching ₹5,000 crore, up 43% year-on-year, and profit after tax more than doubling to ₹1,373 crore at a margin of 26.9%.
Adjusted EBITDA grew 79% to ₹2,150 crore with a record margin of 43%. Collections rose 46% to ₹4,210 crore, generating ₹1,890 crore in operating cash flow. Pre-sales stood at ₹4,630 crore, up 4% year-on-year, deliberately below trend due to strategic postponement of residential launches amid Middle East uncertainty. The company achieved 33% of its FY27 PAT guidance of ₹4,100 crore in just one quarter. The data center business demonstrated significant value creation with land transaction prices doubling to ₹42 crore per acre within 12 months, with a third global operator validating the location.
Management maintained FY27 pre-sales guidance of ₹24,000 crore, expecting Q2 at ₹5,000 crore or more. The company funded all growth from operations while reducing net debt by ₹450 crore to under ₹5,000 crore, maintaining a conservative 0.2x debt-to-equity ratio.
