Leela Palaces Hotels & Resorts' Q2 FY27 call, held on 14 October 2026, reported revenue per available room up 30%, operating revenue up 33% to ₹4,119 million and operating EBITDA up 36% to ₹1,877 million at a 46% margin.

For the half, EBITDA rose 38% and profit after tax 72%. Average daily rate on owned domestic hotels rose 30% to ₹25,046 and management said it would still have been in the high teens without the BRICS summit. Net debt was ₹12,150 million, or 1.4 times EBITDA, and borrowing costs fell another 30 basis points. Management expects high-teens EBITDA growth in the second half, double-digit RevPAR growth in Q3, and a full year well above the mid-teens guided.

The Mumbai BKC project will need shareholder approval to buy the full floor space index, with committed capex said to be unchanged at ₹800 crore. It gave no rupee EBITDA for Coorg or Dubai and no ESOP charge figure.
