View full dashboardKross Limited's Q2 FY27 call, held on 19 October 2026, reported revenue from operations of ₹235 crore, up 80%, EBITDA of ₹30.6 crore at a 13% margin and profit after tax of ₹19.69 crore.
The trailer segment earned about ₹115 crore against ₹58 crore to ₹60 crore a year ago, with more than 10,500 trailer axles made and extruded axle beams now 80% of output. Gross margin fell as steel and consumable costs outran recoveries, though price revisions agreed with OEMs should help in Q3 and Q4, and management could not date a return to its guided 14% to 15% EBITDA margin. A ₹63.6 crore preferential issue funds expansion, and the ₹170 crore seamless tube plant is due for trials in February or March 2027, with debt rising toward ₹165 crore to ₹170 crore. Management expects Q3 and Q4 volumes above Q2, H2 about 20% above H1, and exports 45% higher, with receivable days heading toward 80.
