Despite negative organic growth below 1% for the quarter and a 20-25% industry spending decline, the company maintained or gained wallet share in most of its top 25 clients. Management is executing a strategic transformation from services to solutions-based business model over the next 12-18 months, with fixed price revenue mix already improving to 66% from 59% last year. Two AI solutions are in production programs, backed by strategic partnerships including Microsoft frontier recognition.
The company deployed INR 6.3 billion for Caresoft and N-Dream acquisitions while maintaining INR 9 billion cash. Management expects Q4 to deliver the highest quarterly growth of FY26 with margin improvement despite investments, and confirmed FY27 revenue growth will exceed FY26. N-Dream deployments are scaling from 2 million to 3 million vehicles next year.
