View full dashboardJSW Infrastructure's Q2 FY27 call, held on 27 October 2026, showed a port operator growing in India while its Fujairah liquid terminal earned nothing.
The company handled 29.4 million tonnes in the quarter, up 2%, with India operations up 8%; Paradip iron ore volumes dipped after a ship sank off the coast and moisture limits blocked clearances. Consolidated operating revenue rose 17% to ₹1,481 crore and operating EBITDA rose 11% to ₹674 crore, but profit after tax fell to ₹328 crore from ₹369 crore on forex losses, higher depreciation and a higher tax rate. Logistics EBITDA tripled to ₹81 crore as the rake fleet grew from 42 to 78, with 110 targeted by March 2027.
Management trimmed its FY27 EBITDA target to about ₹2,950 crore to ₹3,000 crore, raised the logistics margin guide to 28% on an accounting change, kept ₹16,500 crore of interim capex, and signed a 30-year Kolkata container concession. Eight Fujairah tanks are due to restart in early November, though storage demand has fallen. No earlier promises were on file for comparison.
