The company's lending arm, Jio Credit, demonstrated robust momentum with gross AUM expanding 163% YoY to ₹30,667 crores and quarterly disbursements exceeding ₹11,000 crores. Crucially, both payments businesses turned profitable, marking a key inflection point. Management emphasized JFS's AI-native architecture with 130 intelligent agents enabling non-linear scalability and exponential growth without proportional cost increases.
The JioFinance app crossed 25 million users, while JioBlackRock AMC scaled to ₹18,412 crores AUM within a year. Looking ahead, the company plans to beta launch its securities broking platform in Q2 FY27 and roll out a personal CFO AI product powered by a proprietary financial fitness index. With shareholders' equity of ₹1.37 lakh crores including recent warrant infusions, JFS maintains a strong capital position to fuel growth across its full-stack financial services ecosystem while maintaining stringent credit guardrails and risk-calibrated expansion.
