Indian Hotels Co. Ltd. delivered its 16th consecutive quarter of record performance in Q4 FY26, achieving several milestones.

Consolidated revenue grew 16% year-on-year to ₹9,971 crores, while EBITDA increased 16% to ₹3,477 crores with a margin of 34.9%. The company crossed ₹2,000 crores in profit after tax for the first time ever. Stand-alone performance was exceptional with Q4 EBITDA margin expanding 160 basis points to 49.5% and industry-leading RevPAR growth of 12%. Management expressed high confidence in FY27, guiding for 12-14% revenue growth with 60-plus hotel openings adding approximately 5,000 keys.

Recent acquisitions are expected to contribute over ₹250 crores in incremental revenue. The capital-light strategy remains central, with 68% of the operating portfolio and 93% of the pipeline under managed or asset-light formats. The board proposed a dividend of ₹3.25 per share, up 44% year-on-year, reflecting strong cash generation. With gross liquidity exceeding ₹4,300 crores and zero debt, the balance sheet provides significant flexibility for growth opportunities.
