Indian Hotels Company delivered its fifteenth consecutive record quarter in Q3 FY26, achieving several milestones.

Consolidated revenue grew twelve percent year-on-year to ₹2,900 crores, while profit after tax reached an all-time high of ₹668 crores, up fifteen percent. The hotel segment EBITDA crossed ₹1,000 crores for the first time, delivering a robust 40.7 percent margin. Management highlighted the successful transformation to a sixty-eight percent capital-light business model from just twenty-two percent eight years ago. The company strengthened its mid-scale presence by acquiring fifty-one percent stakes in ANK and Pride Hotels, creating a combined portfolio of over 250 hotels.

Strategic acquisitions in wellness and boutique leisure segments are expected to contribute ₹250-300 crores in FY26-27. Management confidently guides for twelve to fourteen percent revenue growth in Q4 FY26 and projects over sixty hotel openings in FY27. The company maintains strong liquidity with gross cash reserves exceeding ₹3,800 crores despite ongoing capital investments, positioning it well for sustained double-digit growth.
