ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company reported Q2 FY27 operating revenue of ₹1,674 crore, up 16.3% year-on-year and 7% sequentially.

Operating profit before tax was ₹1,181 crore, up 15.7%, while profit after tax was ₹889 crore, up 6.1% year-on-year but down 7.8% sequentially because other income fell on mark-to-market. Operating expenses were ₹493 crore, up 17.9% year-on-year. For the first half, the net yield was 48.8 basis points and the operating margin 37.3 basis points. Mutual fund quarterly average AUM was ₹11.61 lakh crore, up 14.4%, a 13.3% market share that keeps the company second largest.

Equity-oriented AUM was ₹6.59 lakh crore with a 13.7% share, and the equity-oriented hybrid share was 26.4%. Alternates AUM reached ₹80,965 crore and SIF AUM nearly doubled sequentially to ₹4,948 crore. The Board approved buying the PMS business of ICICI Securities and declared an interim dividend of ₹30 per share. Management said redemptions were slightly higher, gave no yield guidance, and kept its FY27 ESOP cost estimate at ₹64 crore to ₹68 crore.
