Huhtamaki India's earnings call for the quarter ended 30 September 2026, which the company calls Q3 CY26, was held on 30 October 2026.

Net sales were ₹748 crore, up 23.7% and the highest quarter in two years, with volumes up 7%, price pass-through and a richer product mix each contributing. Reported EBITDA rose 1.2% and EBIT 0.1% because last year's quarter held one-off gains; on a comparable basis EBITDA rose about 18%. Profit after tax was ₹30 crore, down 19.1% from ₹37 crore after a ₹96 million charge for closing the Baddi labels plant, whose volumes moved to the Ambernath and Bangalore plants.

For nine months, EBITDA was ₹204 crore, about 10% of sales against 9.2%, and profit after tax rose 13%. A sharp September rise in raw material costs could not be passed on in the month and will be recovered next quarter. Management said no big investment is needed for two to three years, the Daman land is up for sale, and a solar plant lifted renewable electricity to 23%. It gave no margin forecast and said it sees few tailwinds.
