For the full year, the company achieved its highest-ever revenue of ₹46,830 crores and PAT of ₹5,268 crores, growing 15% and 14% respectively. The ICE business EBITDA margin expanded 100 basis points to 17%, while overall margin improved to 14.5% despite ₹220 crores in EV investments. Hero gained market share across key segments, with scooter volumes surging 48% and EV volumes growing 2.5 times the industry rate. Management committed over ₹1,500 crores capex for FY27 to expand capacity in high-growth segments, including tripling EV capacity to 50,000 monthly units.
While near-term commodity headwinds pose transitionary margin pressure, management expects high single-digit industry growth in FY27 and remains committed to its medium-term margin guidance of 14-16%. The company declared its highest-ever total dividend of ₹185 per share, maintaining a 70%-plus payout ratio.
