GTPL Hathway reported Q2 FY27 consolidated total income of ₹11,464 million, up 19% year-on-year and 12% sequentially, with subscription revenue of ₹3,455 million and broadband revenue of ₹1,459 million.

Consolidated EBITDA was ₹1,103 million, a 9.6% reported margin, and the operational EBITDA margin was 20% against 22% a year earlier. Consolidated profit after tax was a loss of about ₹5 million after ₹45 million of forex loss and ₹30 million of amortisation on seven new transponders. The company completed the acquisition of the ACT Group's cable TV business on 15 September for ₹35.55 crore and agreed to buy the remaining 74% of DL GTPL Cabnet for ₹83.25 million.

Digital TV subscribers reached 11 million, of which 10.3 million pay, while broadband added only 10,000 subscribers to 1.07 million under a new CEO. Management expects double-digit subscription revenue growth in both businesses and an operational EBITDA margin gain of 150 to 250 basis points by the end of FY27 as synergies and the move to the HITS platform come through.
