Garware Hi-Tech Films Ltd.record revenue ₹696 Cr, EBITDA margin guide up to 27%

Garware Hi-Tech Films' Q2 FY27 call, held on 23 October 2026, reported record quarterly revenue of ₹696 crore, up 22% on the year and 10% on the quarter, EBITDA of ₹189 crore, up 42%, at a margin of 27.2%, and profit after tax of ₹129 crore, up 42%.

For the half, revenue rose 25% to ₹1,329 crore and profit after tax 50% to ₹262 crore. Management raised its FY27 EBITDA margin guide by 200 basis points to 27% plus or minus 2% and kept its revenue target above ₹2,500 crore, with next year's target above ₹3,000 crore. A TPU film line starts in Q3 and a ₹191 crore sun control line in mid-2027, lifting capacity potential to about ₹3,500 crore. Raw material and logistics costs added about ₹37 crore of headwind that was absorbed.

Architectural films are about 30% of window film sales and could reach ₹1,000 crore. One large customer is about 30% of sales. No earlier promises were on file for comparison.
