E2E Networks reported Q2 FY27 revenue of ₹2,238 million, up 411% year-on-year and 43% sequentially, with EBITDA of ₹1,715 million at a 76.6% margin, profit before tax of ₹971 million and profit after tax of ₹727 million, a 32.5% margin.

Diluted EPS was ₹3.48 against ₹2.10 in Q1. For H1 FY27, revenue was ₹3,805 million, EBITDA ₹2,894 million and PAT ₹1,166 million, against a loss in H1 FY26. Management attributed the gain to the Blackwell GPUs, better utilisation and higher average realisation, and said a nearly ₹1,000 crore deal with a Sovereign AI company converts existing B200 capacity to a contract running through June 2029. The next lot of 1,024 B200 GPUs is expected to go live this quarter, with no contracts decided for it.

Revenue from India AI Mission customers was about 13% to 15% and international revenue 20% to 25%. Management gave no guidance, declined to share utilisation or MRR, and called the business a 70% plus EBITDA margin business over the medium and long term, with heavy investment in its TIR and Jarvislabs platforms.
