DLF reported Q1 FY27 new sales bookings of ₹657 Cr, held down by the deferred launch of Aureva, its senior living product, but kept its roughly ₹20,000 Cr sales guidance for the year, saying Goa residential is only about ₹2,000 Cr of it.

Collections were ₹2,406 Cr, operating cash flow topped ₹1,300 Cr and net cash was ₹15,200 Cr, about ₹11,000 Cr of it in RERA escrow. DLF Limited revenue was ₹1,605 Cr with EBITDA of ₹476 Cr and net profit of ₹794 Cr, while DCCDL, the rental arm, earned ₹717 Cr, up over 20%, on revenue of ₹1,917 Cr. The rental portfolio exceeds 50 million sq ft at over 95% occupancy, and group exit rentals for FY27 are guided at ₹7,300-7,500 Cr as new malls and Atrium Place ramp up.

Dahlias is about 65% sold at over ₹1 lakh per sq ft. Management says FY28 will be a reporting inflection under completed-contract accounting, with gross margin potential of about ₹39,000 Cr, and Goa residential sales await clarity on a public interest litigation.
