CreditAccess Grameen's Q2 FY27 call, held on 22 October 2026, reported its highest quarterly profit of ₹502 crore, taking H1 profit after tax to ₹995 crore against ₹778 crore for all of last year.

Assets under management rose 19.5% to ₹30,946 crore and disbursements 19.4% to ₹6,355 crore. Net interest margin rose to 15.1% from 14.4%, gross NPA fell to 1.79% and credit cost was 0.99% for the quarter. Management raised its FY27 guide for return on assets to 5.2% to 5.8% and for net interest margin to 14.4% to 14.7%, while keeping AUM growth at 20% to 25% and credit cost at 3% to 4%. A 50 basis point lending rate cut is passed on from October.

Floods lifted delinquencies in August and September, and early drought stress has appeared in about six districts of central Maharashtra, so Q3 credit cost may inch up. The promoter group is talking to a strategic investor at the holding company. No earlier promises were on file for comparison.
