Bosch Ltd. delivered robust Q3 FY26 performance with revenue from operations growing 9.4% YoY to ₹4,885.6 crore, driven by exceptional momentum in the 2-Wheeler segment which surged 58.3% due to OBD-II sensor demand ahead of April 2025 regulatory implementation.

The Mobility business expanded 18.5% YoY while Power Solutions grew 19.5%, reflecting strength across core automotive segments. For the nine-month period, profit after tax jumped 50.8% YoY to ₹2,201.7 crore, significantly outpacing revenue growth of 9.8%. EBITDA increased 12.4% YoY for nine months, demonstrating margin expansion through favorable product mix and cost optimization despite quarterly fluctuations from new technology launches.

Management expressed strong confidence in FY26, expecting all-time high production in Passenger Cars, Tractors, and 2-Wheelers. The company is advancing e-axle discussions with multiple OEMs and maintaining its localization-first strategy regardless of India-EU FTA developments. A new dividend policy targeting 55-80% payout provides shareholders greater clarity on capital allocation.
