The company reported strong financial performance with gross income of ₹715 crore, up 55% year-on-year, while EBITDA surged 84% to ₹190 crore with free cash flow matching adjusted EBITDA at ₹185-190 crore. Core businesses grew 34% annually while growth businesses scaled 300% driven by vehicle finance and super loads expansion. Monthly transacting customers reached 8.2 lakh with power users growing 22% year-on-year. Tolling GTV grew 27%, outpacing the 16% industry growth by 11 percentage points.
Management acknowledged near-term headwinds from the West Asia conflict impacting trade movement and temporary OMC fuel loyalty program suspension affecting Q1 FY27, but emphasized long-term metrics remain unchanged. The vehicle finance business is expected to exit investment mode and turn cash-positive by end of FY27. Management clarified that MLFF regulatory changes pose no threat to core revenues as 100% comes from FASTag issuer ecosystem operating on prepaid balances.
