Operating free cash flow remained healthy at ₹16,450 crore while the balance sheet strengthened with net debt to EBITDA improving to 0.7x.
Strategic initiatives gained traction including Airtel Finance scaling to ₹750 crore monthly disbursements just nine months post-licensing, and Airtel Money preparing for London listing in H2 2026. Management outlined data center expansion ambitions to 1 gigawatt with clear hyperscaler demand visibility. While homes business moderated to 473,000 net adds following quality tightening, management pivoted to fiber-first strategy and momentum is returning. Leadership emphasized long-term industry pricing architecture repair remains essential for sustained ARPU growth.
