Belrise Industries reported Q1 FY27 total revenue of ₹2,546 Cr, up 13%, with manufacturing revenue of ₹2,198 Cr, up 20%, EBITDA of ₹293 Cr, up 5%, at an 11.5% margin, and profit after tax of ₹122 Cr, up 9%.

Trading revenue fell 19% on the Middle East crisis. Management said the worst of the steel, polymer, staff and energy cost pressure is behind it, and guided mid-teens revenue growth with EBITDA margins broadly stable against FY26. The company raised about ₹1,700 Cr through a qualified institutional placement, to be mostly deployed this year on acquisitions in aerospace and in four-wheeler and commercial vehicles. It agreed to buy Hyva India's tipper business, expected to close in Q3 FY27.

New orders include a chassis program worth over ₹65 Cr a year, a solar tracker assembly plant worth over ₹150 Cr at peak and a 59-assembly EV localisation order. Aerospace and defence is targeted at 10% of consolidated revenue in the medium term.
