Bajaj General maintained market leadership among private players with a best-in-class combined ratio of 97.9% and ROE above 22%. The company successfully completed the Allianz stake buyout in January 2026, increasing Bajaj Group ownership to 97% across insurance subsidiaries.
Bajaj Finserv AMC became the fastest to cross ₹30,000 crores AUM in just 2.5 years, now ranked 26th in India. Both insurance subsidiaries maintain industry-leading solvency ratios at 333% and 344% respectively, positioning the group well for sustained growth despite external headwinds.
