Bajaj Electricals' Q2 FY27 call, held on 28 October 2026, reported modest revenue growth of about 1.5%, an EBIT margin up 140 bps to 4.4%, and profit before tax that more than doubled to ₹35 crore from ₹15 crore, with brand investment of 3.8% of revenue.

Consumer Products grew 2.4% as fans fell by more than double digits while BLDC fans grew 56%, and Lighting Solutions fell 1.3% as professional lighting contracted while consumer lighting grew on wires and switchgear. Management said it is not losing share outside fans, is building BLDC capacity over the next 3 to 6 months, took a price rise in lighting in October and is likely to raise Consumer Products prices. Chairman Shekhar Bajaj will step down from the executive role at year end, with independent director Sudarshan Sampathkumar becoming Chairman from 1 January 2027.

Management aims to grow faster than the market and approach double-digit profitability, and expects to beat its earlier peak EBITDA within two to three years. Analysts pressed on years of flat Consumer Products revenue.
