Aurionpro Solutions delivered FY26 revenue of ₹1,411 crores, representing 20.2% year-on-year growth, falling short of the targeted 30% due to Middle East geopolitical disruptions that impacted Q4 deal closures and project completions.

EBITDA margin came in at 20.02% and PAT margin at 15.02%, both at the lower end of guided ranges. The company secured a landmark ₹350 crore hyperscaler data center mandate, one of India's largest AI-focused deals, marking a clear inflection point. Management is aggressively investing ₹150-200 crores in R&D to rebuild the entire Banking software stack as AI-native with agentic architecture, alongside ₹200-250 crores in working capital for large contract execution.

The order book exceeds ₹1,800 crores with 68-72% executable in FY27, providing strong revenue visibility. CEO Ashish Rai acknowledged organizational strain from quadrupling revenue over five years but maintained conviction in Vision 2030 and medium-term trajectory. Cross-sell momentum continues with products per bank client increasing from 1.5 to over 2, while the NBFC client base has grown to 30-plus clients.
