Arkade Developers' Q2 FY27 call, held on 29 October 2026, reported collections of ₹183 crore, up 22%, and ₹347 crore for the half, up 8%.

Pre-sales were ₹151 crore in the quarter and ₹306 crore in the half, which management called moderate because new launches slipped. Revenue from operations was ₹145 crore, lower than a year ago because no project crossed the 25% construction mark this quarter, with operating EBITDA of ₹35 crore at a 24% margin, gross margin of 35% and profit after tax of ₹25 crore. The company held net liquid cash of ₹63 crore, with cash of ₹119 crore against gross debt of ₹56 crore.

It added four redevelopment projects in Malad, Kandivali and Borivali worth about ₹5,000 crore of GDV, and has a pipeline of about ₹19,000 crore. Two launches worth ₹2,850 crore are targeted for Q3 and a Thane project worth about ₹2,000 crore for Q4. Management expects the launches to lift pre-sales toward its target, and said redevelopment competition has risen sharply in the last 12 to 18 months.
