Anupam Rasayan reported Q1 FY27 consolidated total income of ₹667.5 Cr, up 36%, with EBITDA of ₹174.9 Cr, up 35%, at a steady 26% margin, but profit after tax grew only 6% to ₹51.2 Cr on higher depreciation, much of it at the newly acquired Jayhawk Fine Chemicals.

Jayhawk contributed about ₹145 Cr, or 20% to 22% of revenue, at a 19% to 20% EBITDA margin, and growth excluding Jayhawk was single digit in a seasonally weak quarter. The company commercialised ETFA using flow chemistry, which it says no other company does, and signed a letter of intent with BASQUEVOLT worth about US$300 million over 10 years. The Bliss GVS Pharma acquisition is expected to close in the first half of September, funded by about ₹300 Cr of debt and an equity-linked instrument.

Management guided consolidated EBITDA margin of 22% to 24%, organic revenue growth of about 25% plus 10% to 15% from Jayhawk, and capex of ₹70 Cr to ₹80 Cr, as the major capex cycle is complete.
