Amber Enterprises delivered exceptional third quarter performance with consolidated revenue surging 38% year-on-year to ₹2,943 crores, significantly outpacing the flat industry environment.

Operating EBITDA jumped 53% to ₹247 crores, while profit after tax before exceptional items more than doubled with 128% growth to ₹84 crores. The Consumer Durable division posted 27% revenue growth to ₹1,971 crores, maintaining 13-15% full-year guidance despite industry headwinds. The Electronics division was a standout performer, recording 79% revenue growth to ₹845 crores and achieving its first-ever double-digit EBITDA margin of 10.5%, ahead of the FY27 target.

Management successfully raised ₹1,750 crores for subsidiary ILJIN Electronics and secured government approval for three PCB projects under the ECMS scheme with 48% capex subsidy. The company acquired 116 acres in Jewar for manufacturing expansion, with FY26 capex guidance at ₹800 crores and FY27 at ₹1,100-1,200 crores. Management acknowledged near-term commodity inflation pressures but remains confident in quarterly pass-through mechanisms and long-term growth trajectory.
