Adani Power delivered its strongest quarterly performance in Q1 FY27, with consolidated revenue surging twenty-seven percent year-on-year to a record ₹17,936 crores, while EBITDA grew twenty-two percent to ₹6,983 crores and profit after tax jumped forty-seven percent to ₹4,867 crores.

The company achieved record power generation of thirty-one billion units with plant load factor improving significantly to seventy-eight percent from sixty-seven percent, driven by seventeen percent higher power sales volume of twenty-nine billion units. Management revised its capacity expansion target upward to forty-five gigawatts from forty-two gigawatts, with fifty-six percent of upcoming capacity already secured under long-term PPAs.

The ambitious ₹2 lakh crore capex program over six to seven years will be funded largely from ₹1.4 lakh crore cumulative internal accruals, maintaining net debt-to-EBITDA between two to three times. Tariff realizations improved with PPA rates up eight percent to ₹5.93 per unit and merchant rates rising thirteen percent to ₹7.04 per unit, reflecting strong demand visibility through 2032-33.
