Acutaas Chemicals' Q2 FY27 call, held on 27 October 2026, reported revenue of ₹4,369 million (about ₹437 crore), up 42.7%, EBITDA of ₹1,760 million, up 84.6% at a 40.3% margin, and profit after tax of ₹1,231 million, up 71.4%.

Gross margin rose 637 basis points to 62.1% on more pharma intermediate sales, which grew 53.1%, while specialty chemicals fell 20% as legacy products are phased out and a US customer's ownership change paused shipments. Management said the CDMO revenue target of ₹1,000 crore will be met in FY27, a year early, and set a new goal of ₹2,000 crore by FY30. It raised FY27 revenue growth guidance to about 30% from 25% and EBITDA margin guidance to 38% to 40%.

Battery chemicals earned first commercial revenue, the South Korean semiconductor plant opened early, and a bulk electronic chemicals plant is due in the first half of FY29. Working capital rose to 115 days from 99, and Ankleshwar Unit 2 ran at 30% utilisation. Management would not split CDMO from core revenue or discuss Darolutamide.
