360 ONE WAM Ltd.ARR revenue ₹706 Cr +27.5%, PAT ₹302 Cr

360 ONE WAM reported Q2 FY27 revenue from operations of ₹896 crore, up 17.5% year-on-year, with ARR revenue of ₹706 crore, up 27.5% and now 79% of the total.

Total AUM was about ₹9 lakh crore, up 31%, and ARR net flows were ₹12,482 crore. Total revenue rose only 4.8% to ₹853 crore because other income was negative ₹44 crore on mark-to-market of treasury investments linked to the NSE listing, so profit after tax fell to ₹302 crore from ₹316 crore. Operating PBT grew 19.7% to ₹434 crore, cost-to-operating income improved to 51.5%, and tangible ROE was 16.9%. The wealth business had net flows of ₹10,990 crore and ARR revenue up 40.5%, while asset management net flows recovered to ₹1,492 crore after large redemptions.

Management said the UBS collaboration has exchanged about $300 million to $325 million of flows against a $600 million to $650 million target, expects a roughly 20% tangible ROE within 3.5 years without raising capital, and declared a second interim dividend of ₹7.5 per share.
